Darcy Elleby Pino was born in Minnesota in 1953 and raised mainly in Brazil. She has lived in 8 different countries and is multilingual. Because of her father's diplomatic career, she was introduced to many different cultures, which created inner images in her mind about the human race. Growing up, she was exposed to fascinating art, music, photography, cultural entertainment, spirituality, and the healing arts. With the influence of her talented and artistic Costa Rican mother, Darcy's visions opened her mind's eye to her inner world of imagination! Her passion and love for mankind and nature shows in her actions and in her artistic work.
